  • A video recording of the unboxing must be submitted as evidence.

Refund Policy

Customers have 3 days from the date of receiving the product to request a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are issued for both regular-priced and sale items if the above conditions are met.

Exchange Policy
